The Discover phase is about understanding the problem, the users, and the context .Key activities include conducting user interviews, surveys, field observations, and competitive analysis
Define
In this design process focus is on synthesizing research findings from the Discover. Creation of problem statements, user personas, and journey maps is done to provide clarity and focus.

Design
It is a creative and collaborative stage where ideas are generated and transformed into tangible concepts. It involves brainstorming and creating low-fidelity prototypes to visualize and test ideas.

Deliver
This include finalizing the design, collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation, conducting usability testing, and addressing any last-minute issues.
